Sounds to me like a part of the nerve is exposed – there may be no way around it but to see a dentist – I know you say you cant afford one but if you leave it the tooth will end up having to be pulled out – I was extremely sick during my … end up becoming ludwigs angina which could be fatal. try and see a dentist the rest of this conditions require a maxillofacial surgeon and they are more expensive.
