Hooking patients with a great website

(2) Comment So much is written about websites these days that it is increasingly hard to sort the wheat from the chaff and work out exactly what sort of approach would work best for you and your practice. This isn’t helped by all the technical jargon which tends to be spouted at will by those with any sort of involvement in website development.
ISPs, FTPs, SEO, meta-tags, flash elements – what on earth does it all mean and how does it relate to your business? So we have put together an authoritative guide to websites for dentists – whether you need one, what to include, and how to make the most of it – and best of all, we’ve kept it
jargon-free!

Medical and Health Web Directory

Finally after much anticipation, here i go with my Medical and Health Directory. It was a pretty hectic and tiring work adding around 900 categories. Unlike general web directories where we can import the category database and do a little bit of editing, but since i wanted to start an exclusive Medical and Health Directory on the lines of Dmoz i took up this challenge.
Anyways, now its all open for submissions so go ahead and expose your sites but beware the guidelines are pretty strict to eliminate useless and spam websites. When it comes to Medical and Health category, i see many pharma-viagra kinda sites buzzing up so i gottu be sure of eradicating them at least in my directory to keep it clean and healthy ;-).
