Wordpress Banned in Brazil! What the Heck

(5) Comment I was shocked to go through a news feed mentioning that Wordpress.com is banned in Brazil, just because 
judge in Brazil ruling against a WordPress.com blogger featuring a YouTube video embedded in the blog of a couple having sex. Thats so sick to hear!
The reason is a court order issued in March which stipulates the prohibition of access to a particular blog, hosted on Wordpress. The blog’s name and the reason for the ban have not been disclosed. The problem is that, according to Abranet [Brazilian Association of Internet Service Providers], in order for this decision to be carried out, they would need to block the entire wordpress.com domain (it is not possible to prevent access to a single blog, since the entire domain shares the same IP). Blogs based on Wordpress, but hosted under different addresses, would not be affected by the ban.

(12) Comment Doesn’t this sound familiar? Of course, its not Bar Hopping but a similar kinda strategy opted by Gyutae at his place. Wherein he gonna hop on every subscribed blog each week and get it featured HERE. Remember gyutae, the infamous guy of Winning the Web announcing a Contest sometime back with sponsored prizes worth more than $13,000, man he’s just clever enough to grab those deals and give it away. (4) Comment Let me suggest you few money making tips i learnt in the past few days as a blogger. I pass on few credits to my brother and fellow blogger from Germany, Alem.
Money doesn’t flow easily as far as blogging is concerned, you need to work hard, work consistently and have some patience.
Let me warn you, once you get your blog rolling you aren’t looking behind. So, have your stay around and keep blogging.
1. Get Sponsors for your Blog
Once your blog starts getting traffic, try and contact private companies that are operating in your niche area and get them to sponsor your blog. Even if its for a small amount, it adds up to your blog earnings. Gradually, when your blog ranks higher on the search engines, there are chances of getting better and high-paying sponsors. Try and provide all the details about your blog like traffic stats, search engine rankings, specialization area, unique visitors and keyword popularity. Also mention how your blog will help them in promoting their brand products. Do not get disheartened if you fail to get sponsors for the first time. Keep trying and make targets for yourself.
